Blocked Drain in West Farleigh? We Can Help

No-dig drain relining - known as CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) relining - is available in West Farleigh and across our Kent service area. A resin-impregnated liner is inserted into a damaged drain and cured in place, creating a new structural pipe within the old one. No excavation is required. Relining is normally cheaper overall than digging out and replacing the same pipe, because there is no excavation and no surface to reinstate afterwards. We will tell you which liner product we propose to install and what its manufacturer states about it, so you can compare it against a quote for excavation.

Yes. We offer Planned Drain Maintenance agreements for landlords, letting agents and commercial properties in West Farleigh and across Kent. An agreement includes scheduled CCTV inspections, high-pressure water jetting and written reports, which reduces the risk of an emergency call-out and leaves you with a dated record of what was inspected and what was found.

Yes. We carry out groundworks - including concrete bases, patio installation, excavations, fencing, and turfing - across West Farleigh and Kent. As a combined drainage and groundworks contractor, we can handle drainage connections and surface reinstatement in one project, saving you the cost and complexity of coordinating separate contractors.

A correctly installed liner forms a smooth, sealed pipe surface inside the old damaged pipe, which stops water escaping and closes the route roots were using. How long it lasts depends on the specific product and the condition of the host pipe, so we will tell you which liner we are installing and what its manufacturer states about it rather than quote a general figure. All relining work we carry out in West Farleigh is covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Every job is quoted before we start, so you know the cost up front and the price you agree is the price you pay. What a job costs depends on the cause, the access and how the work has to be done, which is why we give you a free no-obligation quote rather than publish a price list. Call Tom on 07572 433507.

For patios, concrete bases and excavations in West Farleigh we usually schedule within one to two weeks after the free site visit and quote. Genuine drainage emergencies are prioritised over booked groundworks, and we aim to attend the same day wherever possible.

Yes. Rats exploit broken or open drain runs. A CCTV survey locates the defect and we can fit a one-way rat blocker or repair the pipe to close off the route.
